Call Center Agent

We are currently hiring agents for our call center. These are permanent part time and full time, evening and night positions.

If you:
1) Can work in a fast paced environment
2) Enjoy dealing with people
3) Have reasonable keyboarding skills
4) Speak, read and write English
5) Work well under pressure
6) Pay close attention to detail

then you may be the person we’re looking for!

Previous call center experience is an asset.
Knowledge of the City of Edmonton and the surrounding area is an asset.

Having your own transportation is crucial as reliable bus service to the area ends at Midnight.
