Every month there will be a draw for the following:

• 1 Night for 2 at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel
• Sunday Brunch for 2 at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel
• Passes for 2 to WEM waterpark and themepark
• Tickets for 2 to an Eskimo Game
• Passes to Colors at Northlands Race Track (including dinner)
• $50 in Co-op Taxi Coupons
• Co-op Taxi Account Holders Pen Set
  

Eligibility

• Regular, non account Online Taxi Request users are eligle.
• Employees of Co-op Taxi Line and their relatives are not eligible.

Rules

• One automatic entry per Online Taxi Request.
• Full name (first and last) must be entered on the Online Taxi Request.
• Complete contact phone number must be entered on the Online Taxi Request.
• The Taxi Trip must complete in order for the entry to qualify.
• Monthly winner will be selected by the 15th of the following month.
• If we are unable to contact the winner within 48 hours of the draw, a second draw will be held.
• All prizes will be awarded as is without substitutions.
• Prizes will only be awarded upon presentation of photo ID.
• The contest will run for 6 consecutive months, starting May 2008 and finishing Oct. 31, 2008.
• There will be one prize awarded per month.
• A photo of the winner will be taken for promotional purposes.
• The decisions and awarding of prizes by the Judges are final.
